Support the Board of Selectment in organizing Town Public Forums and Steering Committee to develop a Town/School Strategic and Financial Plan. This would include full public input to determine resident priorities of required and desired public services.
Advocate the Board of Selectmen and School Committee work with Town/School Union Leadership to negotiate contracts that recognizes and reconciles our structural deficit.
Update the 10 Year Sandwich Spending Analysis and submit to our Finance Committee, Board of Selectmen and School Committee
Work with Selectmen and EDC to improve residential / commercial tax base imbalance
Solicit input from members for upcoming dialogue with town and school elected and administrative officials
